1. Provider
Oponly Ads Assistant (the "Application") is provided by Wu Marek Kruszel (Oponly), ul. Sienna 9, 70-542 Szczecin, Poland, e-mail: [email protected].
2. Purpose and eligibility
The Application is an internal tool for managing Oponly's own Google Ads account. It is not offered, sold or licensed to third parties. Only people authorised by Oponly may use it.
3. Acceptable use
- The Application may be used only with Google Ads accounts owned by Oponly.
- Use of the Application must comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google Ads policies and applicable law.
- Every change to the Google Ads account is reviewed and approved by the user before it is made.
4. Google services
The Application uses the Google Ads API. Access to Google services is also governed by Google's own terms. The Application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
5. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes how data is processed.
6. Liability
The Application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for advertising costs or results arising from changes approved by the user.
7. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated, and changes will be published on this page. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
